Sol’s Garden Weekly Menu

Snack

Organic fruits, vegetable, various nuts and tea. 

Lunch

 Monday:

     Beans, brown rice, salsa, and veggies.

Tuesday :

     Soup & Bread.

Wednesday:

Homemade hummus, veggie sticks, oats and fruit, and nuts.

Thursday:

Bean, brown rice, avocado, tomatoes, and coconut amino.

Milk is Served with lunch.  (Organic Cow 2%)

  • Nourishing food is of high priority to us. We ensure that the snacks and lunches we

  • provide are of best quality. Our menu is organic, using whole foods, and local high
    quality ingredients. The children participate in the preparation of meals and baking.
    Lunch and snack are served daily and included in your tuition. Meals and snacks are
    arranged in a weekly rhythm and are based around a whole grain, paired with
    legumes, fruits and vegetables. Please let us know if your child has any special
    dietary restrictions.
