     Beans, brown rice, salsa, and veggies. 

Wednesday:

     Homemade hummus, veggie sticks, oats and apple slices.

Thursday: 

      Soup Day 

Friday:

     Beans, millet, salsa, and veggies. 

 

Milk is Served with lunch.  (Organic Cow or Soy Milk)
